4. Slurred or strange speech
Speech becomes unclear, slow, or hard to understand.
5. Trouble understanding speech
The person may seem confused or unable to respond properly.
6. Sudden vision problems
Blurred vision, double vision, or loss of vision in one or both eyes.
7. Severe sudden headache
A very intense headache with no clear cause (more common in hemorrhagic stroke).
8. Loss of balance or coordination
Dizziness, stumbling, or inability to walk straight.
9. Sudden confusion
Difficulty thinking, focusing, or recognizing surroundings.
10. Numbness or tingling
Unexpected “pins and needles,” especially on one side of the body.
