Slow Cooker 4-Ingredient Brown Sugar Pork Chops: Sweet, Savory, and Effortless

Here’s a simple version of Slow Cooker 4-Ingredient Brown Sugar Pork Chops—sweet, savory, and easy for a weeknight or Sunday dinner.

Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Pork Chops (4 Ingredients)

Ingredients

  • 4–6 boneless or bone-in pork chops
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 1 packet (about 1 oz / 28 g) onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the chops.
  3. Pour soy sauce over the top.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over everything.
  5. Cover and cook:
    • Low: 5–6 hours
    • High: 2½–3½ hours
(Cook until the pork reaches 63°C/145°F internally, then rest briefly before serving.)
  6. Spoon the sweet-savory sauce over the pork before serving.

Serving ideas

  • Mashed potatoes to soak up the sauce
  • Green beans or roasted vegetables
  • Rice for a simple meal

Tip: Pork chops can dry out if overcooked, especially lean cuts. Bone-in chops or thicker cuts usually stay juicier in a slow cooker.
