I Found These At My Grandma’s House And Have No Idea What They Are

Don’t take them.

Unidentified tablets found at home should be treated as potentially unsafe until proven otherwise, especially if they’re old or unlabeled.

To figure out what they are, I’ll need more info. Can you check and tell me:

  • Any letters/numbers printed on the tablet (even faint)
  • Color, shape, and size
  • Whether they’re in a blister pack or loose container
  • Any box/label/prescription sticker nearby
  • If there’s a photo, that would be best

Why this matters: many medicines look very similar, and guessing wrong can be dangerous. Even common-looking tablets could be painkillers, sleeping pills, or heart/blood pressure meds.

If you’re in Pakistan and unsure, a pharmacist can often identify pills quickly from markings.

Share what you see (or upload a picture), and I’ll help you narrow it down safely.
