In the meantime, a couple quick clues you can check:
- Bed bugs are usually flat, oval, reddish-brown (especially after feeding), and about apple-seed sized.
- They don’t jump or fly, and you often find them near seams, cracks, or mattress edges.
- If it looks more like a tiny beetle, seed, or shell, it may be something unrelated.
