Melt-in-the-Mouth Apple Cake Recipe 🍎

This soft and fluffy Apple cake is made with simple ingredients like apples, eggs, and milk. It comes out moist, light, and literally melts in your mouth.


🍏 Ingredients

  • 3 apples (peeled, sliced or grated)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 glass of milk (about 200–250 ml)
  • 1 cup flour (maida or all-purpose flour)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon powder (optional, for extra flavor)

1. Prepare the apples

Peel and slice or grate the apples. If you like extra softness, grating works best.


2. Make the batter

In a large bowl:

  • Beat the eggs and sugar until light and slightly fluffy
  • Add milk, oil (or butter), and vanilla essence
  • Mix well

3. Add dry ingredients

  • Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt
  • Mix until smooth (don’t overmix)

4. Add apples

  • Fold in the apples gently
  • Add cinnamon if using

5. Bake

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Pour batter into a greased baking pan
  • Bake for 35–45 minutes
  • Check with a toothpick—if it comes out clean, it’s done

6. Cool and serve

Let it cool slightly before cutting. The texture becomes even softer as it rests.
