Slow Cooker Chicken Breasts with Gravy

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet (about 25 g) chicken gravy mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together the gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook:
- Low: 5–6 hours, or
- High: 2½–3½ hours
- Once the chicken is tender, remove it and shred or slice if desired.
- Stir the gravy well. If you’d like it thicker, leave the lid off for 15–20 minutes on high.
- Return the chicken to the slow cooker and coat it with the gravy before serving.
