Claims like “take two tablespoons in the morning and say goodbye to bone pain, nerve problems, cartilage wear, anxiety, depression, and insomnia” are a major red flag.
There is no known food, herb, oil, or supplement that can reliably cure all of these conditions with a simple daily dose. These problems have very different causes:
- Bone pain can result from arthritis, injury, osteoporosis, vitamin deficiencies, or other conditions.
- Nerve problems may be caused by diabetes, nerve compression, vitamin deficiencies, autoimmune diseases, and more.
- Cartilage wear (such as in osteoarthritis) is a complex degenerative process.
- Anxiety, depression, and insomnia involve psychological, neurological, and lifestyle factors that vary from person to person.
Some foods and supplements may support overall health—for example:
- A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats
- Adequate vitamin D and calcium (when needed)
- Regular physical activity
- Good sleep habits
But none of these are a guaranteed cure, and some supplements can interact with medications or cause side effects.
Be skeptical of claims that:
- Promise to cure many unrelated conditions at once
- Use phrases like “miracle,” “secret remedy,” or “say goodbye forever”
- Discourage appropriate medical care
- Lack evidence from reputable scientific studies
