Ingredients

  • 1 box of lemon cake mix
  • 1 (14 oz / 400 g) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs

That’s it.


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Lightly grease or line an 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix:
    • lemon cake mix
    • sweetened condensed milk
    • eggs
      Stir until smooth and thick (no dry spots).
  4. Pour into the pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the center is set and edges are lightly golden.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Tips

  • Chill for 1–2 hours after cooling for cleaner slices.
  • Dust with powdered sugar if you want a more “classic lemon bar” finish.
  • If you like extra tang, add a teaspoon of lemon zest (not required, but nice).
