🛒 Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- 8 small tortillas (soft or flour)
- 300–400 g minced beef or chicken (or soy mince for vegetarian)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)

- Lettuce (shredded)
- Tomatoes (diced)
- Jalapeños
- Sweet corn
- Sour cream or yogurt sauce

1. Cook the filling
