🌿 What neem actually can do (based on evidence & traditional use)
Neem has been studied for:
- Mild antimicrobial properties (bacteria/fungi in lab studies)
- Possible anti-inflammatory effects
- Traditional use for skin conditions and oral hygiene
Some early research suggests it may have modest effects on blood sugar regulation, but:
- Evidence in humans is limited
- Effects are not strong or consistent
- It is not a treatment for chronic diseases
❌ What the claim gets wrong
Neem does NOT:
- Cure high blood pressure
- Treat high blood sugar (diabetes)
- Fix body pain or circulation problems
- Replace medical treatment for chronic disease
- Produce a rapid “whole-body reset”
These conditions require proper diagnosis and long-term management, not a single leaf or tea.
⚠️ Safety considerations
Neem is not harmless in all forms or doses:
- High doses can be toxic
- Not recommended for pregnant women in medicinal amounts
- Can interact with blood sugar medications (risk of low sugar)
- Some products vary widely in quality and concentration
