🌿 What neem actually can do (based on evidence & traditional use)

Neem has been studied for:

  • Mild antimicrobial properties (bacteria/fungi in lab studies)
  • Possible anti-inflammatory effects
  • Traditional use for skin conditions and oral hygiene

Some early research suggests it may have modest effects on blood sugar regulation, but:

  • Evidence in humans is limited
  • Effects are not strong or consistent
  • It is not a treatment for chronic diseases

❌ What the claim gets wrong

Neem does NOT:

  • Cure high blood pressure
  • Treat high blood sugar (diabetes)
  • Fix body pain or circulation problems
  • Replace medical treatment for chronic disease
  • Produce a rapid “whole-body reset”

These conditions require proper diagnosis and long-term management, not a single leaf or tea.

⚠️ Safety considerations

Neem is not harmless in all forms or doses:

  • High doses can be toxic
  • Not recommended for pregnant women in medicinal amounts
  • Can interact with blood sugar medications (risk of low sugar)
  • Some products vary widely in quality and concentration
