Egg Salad

Egg salad is a simple dish made from chopped hard-boiled eggs mixed with ingredients like mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and often extras such as celery, onion, dill, or paprika. It’s commonly served as:

  • Sandwich filling
  • Salad topping
  • Crackers or toast spread
  • Lettuce wraps

A basic version:

  1. Hard-boil 6 eggs
  2. Chop and mix with:
    • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1 tsp mustard
    • Salt & pepper
  3. Optional: celery, chives, pickle relish, paprika
