Ingredients

- 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, almond flour, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix until a thick dough forms. If the mixture is too soft, add a little more almond flour.
- Stir in shredded coconut or sugar-free chocolate chips if using.
- Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Place on a lined plate or tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
