Scrambled Eggs

Here’s a simple, fluffy scrambled eggs recipe for 2 servings:

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream (optional, for creamier eggs)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
  2. Add milk or cream if using, plus a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk until fully combined and slightly frothy.
  4. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat.
  5. Add the butter and let it melt gently.
  6. Pour in the eggs.
  7. Let them sit for a few seconds, then slowly stir with a spatula, pushing the eggs from the edges toward the center.
  8. Continue stirring gently until the eggs are softly set but still slightly creamy.
  9. Remove from heat immediately — they’ll keep cooking for a moment.
