🥐 Dough (soft & fluffy base)

Ingredients:

  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast (1 packet)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ tsp salt

Method:

  1. Mix warm milk + yeast + 1 tbsp sugar. Rest 5–10 min until foamy.
  2. Add egg, melted butter, sugar, salt. Mix.
  3. Add flour gradually and knead 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover and let rise 1–1.5 hours (until doubled).

Method:

  1. Roll dough into a rectangle.
