Honey Glazed Baby Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional, for extra caramelization)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place carrots in a saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook 8–10 minutes until tender; drain.
  3. Return pan to medium heat and add butter, honey, and brown sugar.
  4. Stir until melted and bubbly.
  5. Add carrots back to the pan and toss until evenly coated and glossy, about 3–5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
