  • 1 can (14 oz / 395 g) sweetened condensed milk

  • 2–3 tablespoons sugar (optional, depending on the sweetness of the strawberries)

Instructions

  1. Infuse the strawberries

    • Pour the vodka over them, seal the jar, and let it steep for 3–7 days in a cool, dark place, shaking once a day.
  2. Strain
    • Strain out the strawberries through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
  3. Blend
    • In a blender, combine the strawberry-infused vodka, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla.
    • Blend until smooth. Taste and add sugar if you’d like it sweeter.
  4. Bottle
    • Pour into a sterilized bottle or jar.
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Storage

  • Keep refrigerated.
  • Shake well before each use.
  • Best enjoyed within 2–3 weeks.

Serving ideas

  • Serve over ice.
  • Pour over vanilla ice cream.
  • Mix into coffee or hot chocolate.
  • Use in milkshakes or drizzle over cheesecake.

For a thicker, more dessert-like version, reduce the whole milk to ½ cup. For a stronger liqueur, increase the vodka to 1½ cups, adjusting sweetness to taste.
