Mix this with vaseline to look younger

That’s not a safe or effective idea.

Mixing urine with petroleum jelly (Vaseline) and applying it to your skin will not make you look younger—and it can actually irritate your skin and increase the risk of infection.

Why this doesn’t work

  • Urine is a waste product, not a skincare ingredient. It contains urea in tiny amounts, but cosmetic “urea creams” are purified and medically formulated.
  • Petroleum jelly (Vaseline) is safe and useful on its own—it locks in moisture—but it doesn’t reverse aging.
  • Mixing them adds contaminants and bacteria, which can harm the skin barrier instead of helping it.

Possible risks

  • skin irritation or rash
  • clogged pores and acne
  • bacterial infection
  • unpleasant odor and breakdown of skin hygiene

What actually helps skin look younger (evidence-based)

  • sunscreen daily (biggest anti-aging factor)
  • moisturizers with ingredients like hyaluronic acid or glycerin
  • retinoids (vitamin A derivatives, dermatologist-approved)
  • good sleep and hydration
  • not smoking

If you want, I can suggest a simple, low-cost skincare routine that actually works and is safe for everyday use.
