🍗 Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken (boneless, thighs or breast)
- 2 tbsp oil
Teriyaki sauce:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar (rice vinegar or white vinegar)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
