  • 4–6 whole cloves
  • 1.5–2 cups water
  • Optional: honey or lemon (for taste)

🔥 Method

  1. Add water to a small pot and bring it to a boil
  2. Add the cloves
  3. Lower the heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes
  4. Turn off heat and let it steep for 2–3 minutes
  5. Strain into a cup
  6. Add honey or lemon if you like

🌙 When to drink it

  • Evening or after meals is common
  • 1 cup per day is usually enough
