Fresh Celery Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 large bunch of fresh celery (about 8–10 stalks)
- ½ cup cold water (optional, if using a blender)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Lemon juice or a small piece of ginger (optional, for flavor)
Instructions:
- Wash the celery stalks thoroughly to remove any dirt.
- Cut the celery into smaller pieces.
- If using a juicer: Feed the celery through the juicer and collect the juice.
- If using a blender: Blend the celery with the optional water until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
- Serve immediately over ice, if desired.
Tips:
- Drink the juice fresh for the best flavor.
- Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 24 hours.
- Adding lemon or ginger can enhance the taste, but plain celery juice works well too.
