Easy 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Beer Braised Pork Chops (Tender & Juicy Dinner)

Here’s a simple 3-ingredient slow cooker dinner that produces tender, juicy results with minimal effort.

Easy 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Beer-Braised Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4–6 bone-in or boneless Pork chops
  • 1 packet onion soup mix (or your favorite seasoning blend)
  • 1 bottle or can of beer (enough to partially cover the pork chops)

Instructions

  1. Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the meat.
  3. Pour the beer around the pork chops.
  4. Cover and cook:
    • Low: 5–7 hours
    • High: 2½–4 hours
  5. Serve when the pork is tender and cooked through.

Tips for extra tenderness

  • Sear the pork chops in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes per side before slow cooking for deeper flavor.
  • Avoid overcooking lean boneless chops, as they can dry out.
  • Add vegetables like potatoes, carrots, or onions if you want a complete one-pot meal.

The slow cooking process helps break down connective tissue, creating a softer texture and allowing the flavors to blend into the meat.
