🥩 Slow Cooker Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 4–6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup chicken broth or water
- ½ cup cream or milk (optional for creamy sauce)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1–2 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
