Here’s a simple and reliable slow cooker pork chops recipe that turns out tender and flavorful every time.


🥩 Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4–6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup chicken broth or water
  • ½ cup cream or milk (optional for creamy sauce)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • 1–2 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1) Prepare the pork chops

  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika
  • Optional: lightly sear in a pan for extra flavor (not required)

2) Add to slow cooker

  • Place sliced onions and garlic at the bottom
  • Add pork chops on top

3) Add liquid

  • Pour in broth and soy sauce (or Worcestershire sauce)
  • Make sure chops are partially submerged

4) Slow cook

  • Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours
    OR
  • Cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours
  • Meat should become tender and easy to cut

5) Optional creamy gravy

  • Remove pork chops
  • Mix cornstarch with water and stir into sauce
  • Add cream or milk and let thicken for 10–15 minutes
