What Does the Color of Your Urine Say About Your Health?
Urine color can provide clues about hydration, diet, medications, and some health conditions, but it cannot diagnose a disease by itself. Changes that persist or occur with other symptoms should be checked by a healthcare professional.

- This is a common healthy urine color.

- Often means your urine is more concentrated.
- A common cause is not drinking enough fluids.
- Try drinking water and see if the color improves.

- May mean you are drinking a lot of water.
- Constantly very clear urine may sometimes indicate excessive fluid intake.
