Night cramps (especially leg cramps that happen during sleep) are common and can affect anyone, but certain people are more likely to experience them.

People who are more at risk of night cramps

  1. Older adults
    • Night leg cramps become more common with age, possibly due to changes in muscles, nerves, and circulation.
  2. People who are dehydrated
